Ayurveda means perfect, harmonized rhythm of life, proper nutrition and balanced sleep.
It is possible to slow aging, prevent disease, slow down the development of existing illness by balancing nutrition and sleep, by using certain Ayurvedic medicines, and by regularly cleansing the body. Ayurveda is the ancient Vedic knowledge and is about the balance of elements in both: in nature and in human being. Actually, the whole nature and the human body are structured of five kind of elements: earth, water, fire, air and space. Compliance of these elements means their balance. There is a special type of Ayurvedic diet, which is a key factor of health.
